Certificates and Test
Our frames have passed the severe trials of the Material Testing Laboratory respecting safety requirements and test methods - Frames STANDARD ISO 4210-6
FRAME - RIDING STRENGHT FRAME TEST
The bamboo frame has been subjected to an endurance test with forces downwards, repeated, intensity equal to 1,000 N applied to each pedal pin, 150 mm from the center line of the frame and inclined of 7.5" for 100,000 cycles, at a frequency less than 25 Hz.

FRAME - FATIGUE TEST WITH A STRONG VERTICAL
The bamboo frame was subjected to the endurance test with forces repeated for 50,000 cycles, directed downwards from 0 to + 1000N, applied to the appropriate device mounted on the stem of the saddle. The frequency of load application and was less than 25 Hz.

GROUP FRAME AND FRONT FORK - IMPACT (falling mass)
The bamboo frame equipped with a suitable rigid fork, (provided by the testing laboratory) was subjected to the impact test with a mass of 22.5 kg, lifted and dropped from height of 180 mm above a roller applied to the front fork dropouts.
The permanent failure measured between the axes of the pivots of the wheel is to be 1 mm. Safety regulations allow a permanent failure up to 10 mm when it is installed a rigid fork.
Equipment used:
- Load cell DS EUROPE;
- Carolus 2-25 Nm torque wrench;
- Festo pneumatic equipment for fatigue tests;
- Fasteners and load.
Test Glues
To ensure the products we use and to test the tightness of our glues we did various tests reaching 3.6 tons in Test Drive strength.
